Thread: Who do I ask at the mcg about room request?

Hi Myself and teenage daughters are staying at the mcg from 20th Oct for two weeks. My eldest 17 years does not do noise well as she has autism, which are the best rooms to ask for? She needs to feel safe in her surroundings and noise makes her panic as she needs an explanation as to the why's and wherefores of noise? There are certain noises that her ear tone can't stand and it freaks her out would I be able to ask that we can be...

hi im afraid there is noise from the animation staff playing with guests in the pool,beach, there is a non stop music playing at the pool bar. there is noise from the nightime shows, from the nightclub till 3 in the morning, there is noise from all parts of the complex even the kiddies playarea, this is a request that is hard to answer all resorts on the cayos have noise there is also flying boats overhead big noise, and the plane that sprays...

Melia Cayo Guillermo has many quiet areas. Building one would be best area - room 1001 or 1004 are ground level one floor buildings and quite quiet as are 1007 and 1010. Email the customer service people at Melia Cayo Guillerm (MCG) and let them know your concerns - I am certain they will do what they can to accomodate. Please let them know sooner than later of the situation. I am more concerned about your plane ride and airport situation...
