Yes! Usually Adam children were twins. They were advised to marry from other twins but not the one born with him. But later on when the number grew, they were forbidden to marry Mahrams.

is it not possible that adam and eve's children married amongst other people who we dont know about? since Quran says Adam and Eve were the first of the creation, it doesnt however confirm that they were all lonely on Earth. So, it is possible that there were human beings present at the time of Adam and Eve, unless this understanding of mine contradicts Quran.

It was allowed in Hazrat Adam's shariat for sister to marry brother. What we learned that they were born as twins (a girl and a boy) ..girl from one set was allowed to marry the boy from another pair ..
