Thread: White Flood.....my experience

Started 1 month, 1 week ago by mjr24
Great stuff. I started it 15-16 days ago. The prior 2 weeks to that I was having alot of trouble with getting really tired during my workout and I basically wasn't getting anything out of my workouts as a result. I did some research and looked at other pre-workout supplements such as No Shotgun , Jacked, etc. I went with White Flood because it was one of the only pre-workout drinks that did not ...

I don't doubt your statements.....my diet is the culprit....likely taking in way too few calories right now. My metabolism has sped up considerably in the last 3 months. However, I'm trying to cut fat right now as fast as possible....when I start bulking up in a few weeks I likely will ditch the White Flood for that period at least.

Out of interest why did you want to take a pre workout supp without creatine?

Sorry for late reply. I was told that if I am going to do creatine, the pre-workout powders likely won't have as much in them as I would need. There is only a bit in there. Plus, I don't want to yet put on that water weight.....I know alot of people swear by it but I'm just getting heavier into lifting now and wanted to hold off on creatine until I started bulking seriously.
