You said your 'computer savvy' friend would be round to fix it. If they havnt then you REALLY need to wait for them. If they have then they clearly havnt fixed the problem and I would also seriously recommend running COMBOFIX (You need to switch your anti virus OFF for it to work properly) What I really DONT recommend is attempting to do online banking with your computer. Thats foolish and then some..........

If you don't post the actual url you may as well not have bothered starting the thread because nobody will have the faintest idea what you are talking about. ^Error message? Sounds like a malware/virus infection. What is your current anti-virus solution? Have you completed a full scan?

It say 'central clamping system' if you look at the product spec. They all need to be clamped to some kind of stable object, desk or table etc.
