Hi
I am not exactly sire where west bay is but if it is near San Leandro. Kim Stevens teaches at Monarch Bay Golf course. Also in south bay there is a person who teaches at Pin High golf course (markwellsgolf.com).

I live in the west bay and would like to take golf lessons. somewhere thats decently priced with good instructors.

Go to the Municipal Golf course in San Jose! Great course.
The Yahoo Yellow pages gives it 5 stars!
