Thread: Where did the F7/Toggle Display key go?

I believe that past MacBooks were set up so that the F7 key doubled as a Display Toggle key for switching between external displays without having to go into the software preferences. My new MacBook Pro doesn't seem to have this function on the F7 key anymore. Did this function switch to a different key command or was it removed altogether? I'm having some trouble with an external ...

It's now Command-F1 when in OSX. Don't know if this also works in Bootcamp. Olivier Macbook Pro 2.4Ghz Mac OS X (10.6.1)...

It's gone, and it's sorely missed by some of us.
