I think it depends on the person. Some people just look trashy with tattoos in certain places whereas the same place can look totally sexy on another person. I like to see tattoos on men on the upper arm and back, especially with muscles it looks cool. They have such rough bodies that it looks okay on them. I will say it hurt like hell.... That said - I also find tats around the ankle sexy for women. For men - on the back or the arm. (Like sleeves on men!)
