We are going to a local castle for a surprise birthday dinner for a friend.

~Au gratin potatoes with ham and steamed veggies, probably broccoli and carrots. And a blueberry crisp with ice cream for dessert.~

tonight is garden club and we get to bring our families for "Thanksgiving dinner", so I don't have to cook.

I have a meeting tonight so DH is on his own.

Depends what time DH thinks he will be home tonight. We have a meeting at 5:30. Might be ham steaks to go with the potatoes and green beans I have that need to be eaten. If not tonight, then tomorrow night.

Vegetable soup from my OAMC stash, plus a handful of barley I found in the pantry; biscuits

My MIL treated her and I to hot and sour soup from a Pan-Asian diner close to the house. It was divine. Later we had her homemade beef stew with fresh french bread. Yummmm. She treats us great.

We've already had our first dusting of snow. It's gone and the last few days have been warm (70-60). I'm enjoying it while it lasts... We had pineapple-ham casserole.

More leftover pork tenderloin. Will have either steamed broccoli or salad to go with it.
