I'm looking for new ideas as well. I know we will have the usual turkey, ham and sweet potatoes (my favorite). Being in the South, we don't have stuffing; we have cornbread dressing. I will probably do blanched green beans with a garlic and lemon drizzle and a squash casserole. I'm not sure about dessert. Maybe strawberry shortcake. All I know is that I'm NOT ready for the Holidays and end of the year. I have too much to do...

The best stuffing I ever made was when we froze the leftover crawfish tails from our previous boil and added them to the stuffing. Everyone raved about it.
