TBH, you can manage both at the same time, so if you accept England job, you should still be able to manage Chelsea. Alternatively, you could just end up making two saves, one with you Chelsea team, and a seperate with England.

Hi everyone this is my first posting and was hoping for a bit of advice. Im currently Chelsea manager just about to start 2012/2013 season. Since I took over in 08/09 ive won 4 league titles and 11 cups and in the previous season I won the quad (League cup, FA cup, Premier League and Champions League!)
