Thread: What should i drink post workout if lactose intolerant?!

Just been tested for allergies and found to be intolerant to cow's dairy. What can i replace whey for, to use as my post workout drink? Are there certain whey proteins on the market that are much lower in lactose than others and ok to use for someone like me?, what does anyone know about the 'vyotech' goat whey on the market? or could i get away with just having a carb drink ...
