I don't think that there's any overreaching "feminist" message in the movies. Let's be honest: men tend to like watching women fight each other up in skintight leather catsuits juuuust fiiiine. Well, I'm not a feminist, but I am a huge fan of Tarrantino, and when I first saw this I thought it was a massive novelty seeing women portrayed as ruthless killers. I particularly liked the Japanese schoolgirl character, quite originial.

I think they Kill Bill are great movies. It empowers women, I think it shows women can fight, and get revenge. Instead of showing how needy we are, like most movies.Uma Thurman is a great actor.

They're very entertaining, but not the best movies ever made. I'm not really a Tarantino fan.
