I don't think that there's a general feminist viewpoint. As for me, I've watched a few minutes of both movies and just couldn't get into them. My husband likes them, except for the name (his name is Bill), but I suspect that he is just enjoying the action and the scenery. He usually doesn't watch movies or shows for any deep purposes. He watches to see explosions, car chases, and pretty women...

I remember once I watched "Kill Bill" with a woman who is so much in love with it, she watched it many times such that I have to notice the movie. Well, she is diagnosed with Schizophrenic Paranoia. Well, I'm not a feminist, but I am a huge fan of Tarrantino, and when I first saw this I thought it was a massive novelty seeing women portrayed as ruthless killers. I particularly liked the Japanese schoolgirl character, quite originial.

They're very entertaining, but not the best movies ever made. I'm not really a Tarantino fan.

I think they Kill Bill are great movies. It empowers women, I think it shows women can fight, and get revenge. Instead of showing how needy we are, like most movies.Uma Thurman is a great actor.
