Actually not much. But that depends upon the college and what courses they consider proper. If you want to know what the differences are in courses that you study, then I suggest you look at a course catalog for whatever colleges you are considering. If you want to know what the differences are in employment outlook, I might be able to offer you something. An environmental engineer is sort of a specialized Civil Engineer. They focus, obviously, on environmental concerns only. ...

The difference is what charles s above said, but the one thing that they will all have in common once you are working in your field will be tons of paperwork due to the Environmental emphasis.
