Thread: What did you major in post secondary school?

What did you major (or are majoring) in post secondary school? Did you end up going into a career related to your major?

I always liked what Kris Kristofferson said........"I went to college, I majored in sh&% kicking"

BBA in Finance from UGA. Currently working in....Commerical Finance!

Currently majoring in Electrical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering Yes, a double major in those two. I\'ve used it in research & corporate internships, so I\'d say yes.

Got a Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce but was never really into it. It was my dream for a long time to be a digital artist and thats what I am now

Chemistry. Ended up as a food scientist. That line of work combines chemistry, microbiology, engineering.

I\'m guess "post-secondary school" is college? My undergrad degree was in Computer Engineering, my master\'s degree was in Biomedical Engineering. I currently use both (granted, only been in the industry for 3-4 years) as a software engineer at a large biomedical company working on implantable devices.

After trying a couple of things I\'m now majoring in journalism and plan to stick with this one.

I majored in English, although I did not complete my degree. Yes, I use it. Every day. Jeannie
