So what was the last movie you've seen? Or last movies, whatever.
I'm not gonna lie, I didn't really search to see if this thread had already been made.
I stay away from Larry. Have you seen his pre-Larry the Cable Guy stand up?
I just saw City of Sadness. Wikipedia: Quote:
It tells the story of a family embroiled in the tragic " White Terror " that was wrought on the Taiwanese people by the Kuomintang government (KMT) after their arrival from mainland China in the late 1940s , during which thousands of ...

Is there something I should know?
Nah, it's not that important.
I've seen two movies today. 2001: A Space Odyssey which I talked about here: http://www.puretalkforum.com/f17/200...html#post18 869 (2001: A Space Oddessy)
And then I needed to lighten things up a bit so I watched Don't Be A Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood, which was hilarious for the first 40 minutes then after that I only ...

Alright, so me and my friend Justin have seen 4 movies at the theatre in 4 days. The Informant! Wanted to like this more than I did. There's no denying it's clever but it's dry. Not dry funny, dry bland. Matt Damon does a good job, there are a few jokes, but it's just not that funny and the serious parts don't really work. Still, I give it a 5/10 cuz it can go either way (most people on criticker think it's good...
I just finished The Watchmen. Fuckin' amazing. I expected it to be good, but it went way beyond my expectations (which were...I don't even know). I'm glad it wasn't a good guys vs. bad guys movie. I didn't think it would be, but it was looking that way towards the end. I like a movie that gets rid of the idea of heroes and villains. This did that perfectly. They'll save the world, but if a pregnant woman shows up...

Season 2 is a little different, but it plays its part in the bigger picture as you'll see if you...
Not last night but the night before. I watched Dawn of the Dead. I love that film. I haven't watched it in a while so I thought I would. I have also recently watched all three Pirates of the Caribbean filams.
