Make sure the road ahead is clear so you have enough distance to allow you to overtake and get back to your own side of the road without forcing any other road user to move to avoid you. Don't worry my friend, you will come to know about it by the time you get a driving license. If you already have on in a genuine manner, then surrender it an go for a new one. In the process of getting it you will learn the rules. If you possess a bogus one then destroy it and get a genuine one. Good Luck.
