Deep breaths. Think of something other than whats making you nervous. Read a book or an alternative literary composition. Take a nap.

I talk to people I get along with, the oh so popular breathing, napping, reading, and music can calm you down so much!! Never talk to people that stress you out though, it'll make it worse

One for writing down all your feelings, this is really good for clearing out your anxieties and getting all your war onto paper, you can delete it straight after if you need to, it's just good to really see your stressful thinking. i (used to) get nervous a lot, and i relax by watching some show like americas next top model, or project runway. take a bubble bath with candles, sleep, listen to relaxing music, read a book. hope it helped!
