Ok everyone I'm a youngster and really enjoy hearing about peoples first cars. So I'm kind of a late bloomer i didnt get my license until i was 21 now I'm 24. Just found my first (real car) 1961 Starliner (yep im the one)haha. Ok ill start it off. My 1st car was a 1993 Chevy Lumina. it was a beater. It died everytime i stoped at a stop light/sign.Paid $350 for it and Sold it for $250 ....
Congrats on the Starliner! Cool lookin piece! My first car was a 61 Impala convertible, cherry car for a 1st one. My second was a 56 ford beater, but it sure ran with a 312 and automatic, a real tire smoker. 3rd was a 63 Falcon with a 289 and a factory 4 speed, one of my favorites. Used to smoke my buddy's 396 Chevelle, fooled a lot of people with that car! 4th thru 7th was a series of 65 GTOs, ...
I'm loving this, I hope more join in. If only all of you kept all of those cars. wow almost makes me tear up. Great pics Tom F. yeah i have had a few motorcycles and a 4-wheeler there just not as fun and a car?truck. Keep them coming.
I know this dont have anything to do with this but if i knew where there was about 200 to 300 60's Impala's were sitting. Couldn't i just haul a few to Cali and sell them for twice what i paid to those lo-rider clubs at least I would know they would take care of them haha WHO'S WITH ME???? HAHA!!!
This looks like fun. :-) I won't count the unfinished projects, or cars bought to sell for a profit.

My '51 Chevy came a little under a year b4 the Falcon. took the Falcon off the road for a engine rebuild/ turbo and recently sold it uncompleted. next car was a '94 Tempo- it was a POS that didn't look bad ( well, it wasn't in bad shape, but Tempo's don't look 'good' )
ended up needing CV joints, and I junked ...
