Well the title basically says it all, were women less attractive in the past? I mean Venus, the most beautiful woman this world has ever seen looks just average in her sculptures, she doesn't really stack up to today's Megan Foxes... Does this mean that average...

No. Just Roman (and Greek) canon of beauty was different.
