Hi we requested our wedding ceremony for 4.00pm at atlantica sungarden thought this was ideal for time 4 photographs etc and reception to start from 6-6.30pm at a local restaraunt.

Hi
I have just been informed my wedding ceremony has been arranged for 11am. Is it just me or is this not really early? I am now so worried that they will not be able to change it to later as we have guests with young children and some guests only arriving in the early hours of that morning. I have a meal and entertainment arranged for 6/7 o'oclock and dont want to be hanging...

Are you having the ceremony at the hotel or at the registry office also are you using a Tour Company, it would definitely would not be through a Private wedding planner?

We had also requested 4pm but I was told this had not been stated on my records!
I have been told this morning that we have been moved to the latest time available on our date of 2.30pm and there may be a possibility that later times may be come available if there is more demand for the same date.
I feel alot better now as I was beginnng to wonder how I would get ...

We have booked the wedding package through Thompson but thankfully they have now changed the time to 2.30pm and maybe move it to a later time for us in the future.
Going by your name would I be right in thinking you play the bagpipes in cyprus? Do you travel to Ayia Napa ? How do I go about finding out prices and making a booking?

Hi ive emailed the wedding coordinator 2day as ive not had the time we requested confirmed yet.I really dont want our ceremony early in the day.Got my dress ive booked photographer, restaraunt is sorted.My friend who is also my hairdresser is coming along for wedding so hair is sorted.Have you booked your reception at hotel?

Hi There, Iam getting married in the Atlantic Sungarden Hotel on 22.09.09 too. I will need to e-mail my wedding co-ordinator regarding a time! How did you go about organising the reception. What about flowers, hair, photos etc. Thomson want a fortune for all of these.
