Thread: We want an instructable wave

Started 1 month, 3 weeks ago by Lithium Rain
Heh. This is so outlandish as to leave me at a loss for words. Wait, I think there's an internet word for this: OMFG Um. You really don't have any idea of the time and effort it takes to make such things, do you?

OK, will somebody please explain what a "wave" is, and why need all the junk in the OP?

If you're offering advice on websites it might help to have some content on your own. The "we" would be "The Royal we"? L

i understand the time it would take. the hardest part to set it up would be making every instructable / fourm topic and everything to waves. the set up will just be a zip file unziped and put on the site needed then a setup file may be needed for the admin like color theems, and the extentions. the first step for instructables would be creat the sub domain and wait for google to realeese ...

1 hour 20? I'm not inclined to sit through that. Could you edit the post to summarise the video? L

I don't think you do. You clearly have no idea of what would be involved - the staff couldn't "wait for google to release wave then download it set it up and done". It doesn't work like that.

No, you don't understand . You can't just "download wave". You can't just download another site's features and implement them like that. And google code is quite complicated at times.
