Every night (or day) in October! It's tough, but can it be done? I tried last year but ended up having to go away for business and it buggered up my schedule.
Half of the fun was creating the spreadsheet of movies/format/date.
Who's in with me?
Wouldn't watching that many horror movies in a row turn you into either a scaredy-cat coward or an ax murderer?
That being said, here's one I'd recommend for your list,
Candyman
That movie bummed me out like no horror movies has.
As for watching horror movies for 31 days. That would either grind me down and bum me out, or at the end, I'd just be laughing when someone got ...

13 might be possible as well.
Over the past 24 months I've averaged 45 movies a month (low was 18, high was 80 in Dec 2007) so 31 movies in a month should be no problem.
December...
To clarify/correct some comments I made earlier: The 13 movie challenge does not necessarily have to occur in 13 days. Just as long as you watch 13 horror films at some point within the month, you're good to go. And in regards to the comment about the "rules", movies CAN be repeated from year to year but there was a minimum number of first-time viewings that you had to incorporate into the mix...

Ahh I haven't seen this one in a LONG time and have to put it on my list.
I think you guys are onto something here with 13 movies. 31 is extremely hard for anyone with a full time job, a ...

I finally got to peep The Girl Next Door over the weekend (missed it on my list). It was on Chiller and probably edited to death. Even still, it was one of the most disturbing movies I've ever seen. I'm glad I saw the TV cut! For me it felt like a mix of Frailty , Children of the Corn , and _________(insert your favorite torture flick). Thanks for the recommendation guys. Or not!
Okay I am thoroughly confused. When I watched Suspiria, I honestly thought they were speaking English as we listened to the Dolby Digital 6.1 mix. It just appeared that it was slightly out of sync with their mouths. Now people are posting that the original track is in Italian and they used English subtitles to go along with it. I thought that I had gone completely mad because I had not noticed that they weren't speaking English and I...
Last night to get in a movie or two (or 15 in Airboss' case ). I've had a blast doing this and I would love to see everyone post their favorite movie watched this month. Happy Halloween!

I saw Trick 'r Treat today and like someone else said, it was over way too soon. It was great holiday film that I will be watching every year. Is it too premature to ask for a decent sequel?
