Wannabebig Routine 3 by Maki Riddington This routine combines the first and second routines repetition schemes together and gives you something fresh and new to give a go. Can anyone elaborate on the reps change thing? It isn't explained very well in the article. It says that in week one you would alternate between 6 and 10 reps. Does that mean my first set would be 6 reps and my second set would be 10 reps for that first workout? Then the suggestions for 8/12 the second, is that a permanent switch or do I alternate between that and the 6/10? I also ...
