Thread: WTF Is Going On With Twitter?

If you open up your browser and go to Twitter and just let it sit there and stare at the top of the screen to the left of where it says Twitter/Home, you will see a number in parenthesis that keeps updating. Does anybody have even a clue what this is? It just started today from what I can tell.

those are "New" tweets look for a yellow field further down on the page. click it and numbers disappear and new tweets are shown

OOOPS! Just went back on Twitter and let it sit and the numbers began to count from (4) to (6) and then 8.. think I will log in and just stay logged in to see where it goes..

New tweets, doesn't work everytime on my computer but does for the most part, if you click the pale yellow line it refreshes the page so you can see the new tweets.
