Hello, Sirs I am located in Taiwan. I had met the problem for windows undate (error 646). I already tried many different way. But I still can not solve this problem. So I think the problem that is from Microsoft. I expect Microsoft can solve this problem as soon as possible. AMON

hello amon, i had the same error 646 when i installed update and solved it right away. go to microsoft website and type the error code to bing search, it will show you all the 97 error code and you have to download and check and agree to the license agreement of all 5 97.... errors. download it one by one and after you finished that, go to windows update and try installing it again. if you got the same error code, email me at...
