Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications downloaded with the most recent Windows Update stops at "Finishing Installation" at about the time previous editions would ask for the proxy information. From reading the forum: I have gone to the diagnostics website, run the diagnostics, everything is OK. Validated Windows from the website. WGA starts up again at the next boot. As suggested to ...
