Thread: WERE THEY JUST ACTING LIKE THEMSELVES?

This film should have been called "Jennifer and Marc", Because they totally overshadowed the movie itself. First of all, no one really knows who Hector was, so these guys could have just been acting like themselves and we wouldn't have known the difference. A fiesty Nuyorican from the Bronx meets a talented Puerto Rican singer, geez, SOUNDS FAMILAR DOESN'T IT? Talk about being RIGHT...

Well, since El Cantante was a Lopez/hubby pair-up from the start, your assessment that Gigli was a Lopez/boyfriend pair-up is bogus. Lopez joined filming of that film when Halle Berry dropped out, Affleck was attatched long before Lopez joined. Check out my reviews on my blog: http://reese-review.blogspot.com/
