CWF Wrestling Wednesday Oct. 11 1989 at the Miami Armory 1. Grudge Match. No Disq! Match. Ken Patera d. Killer Kahn w/Sheik Adnan Al-Knassie. (12:41). Kahn jumped Patera at ringside and drew first blood. Knassie also got involved before the match began. Inside the ring, Ken retaliated with kicks and punches to the head of KK. ( This was a good show. I too was surprised to see DJ go the full time with Manny right after Manny worked a mini-program with the Macho Man. I never had a problem with Peterson personally, but woulda liked to seen the Ragin' Bull go over here. Good debuts for Canek, Atlantis & Octagon. Tough break for Ron Starr, whose best days are behind him but he still made a good heel in WWC during 1989 ...

Big debuts here for the luchadores! Also like how you're pushing the Orient Express here.... with a win over the aging vets, they could easily be your top team. Funk/Savage, even at Dory's age at this point would've been a whole heck of a lot of fun! Nice win for Strong, you seem committed to pushing him... he's come along way now that he's beating on Backlund! Strong/Hogan round 2 (met once ...

( This was a good show. I too was surprised to see DJ go the full time with Manny right after Manny worked a mini-program with the Macho Man. I never had a problem with Peterson personally, but woulda liked to seen the Ragin' Bull go over here. Good debuts for Canek, Atlantis & Octagon. Tough break for Ron Starr, whose best days are behind him but he still made a good heel in WWC during 1989 IRL. Steve Strong was used well here...
