Thread: Virgin Coconut Oil

Started 3 months, 3 weeks ago by geoblewis
I recently bought some of this at my local health food store to make some Indian food, but decided to do some research on it. I found that it's really healthy and an excellent alternative to products such as Crisco and lard. I'm going to make biscuits and pie pastry with it to see how it'll turn out.

It is also great for excema! I had a dry patch on my neck and it cleared it right up in a couple of days! Even stopped the itching!
