Hi - just purchased Versa grips. My grip while doing pulling was feeling very weak, so I decided to try these. Has anyone used these and if so, how do you like them? My first heavy workout with them will be Monday. So far after just trying them on and using them on lighter weights, no complaints yet.

I think the reason they hit my glutes so hard is because the bench at my gym is very high. When I have done them on lower benches, such...

How many days a week are you going to the gym? Do you do legs twice a week as well?
If you're going 3 days a week I would suggest something like this:
chest/...
Yes, I train legs 2x a week. I do 4 days of HIIT cardio, and 6 days of lifting. Each muscle is worked 2x a week, but with one or two exercises per muscle. I really do not have time to add any more exercises, UNLESS I train my upper body only 1x a week, and do biceps, triceps, and chest on one day, then shoulders and back on another day, and do 3 exercises per muscle...would that be good? It just ...

why not get one of those door frame pull up bars? Thats what I have. It hangs on your door frame...
Eat, lift heavy, forget cardio, assess your progress after about 8 weeks, and modify diet if needed. Your lifting routine can be anything and will change while you're gaining mass. Seriously, don't try to micromanage fat gains. Some weeks it may seem like you're gaining fat, others muscle. Only after a couple of months can you really see how it averages out. Unless you really bonk the diet and gain 5+ pounds a month.
