10k today 44:51 (unofficial). I'll let you know the chip time when it comes in but it shouldn't change my new position. Edit: 44:52 official by chip timing. Still under the 45:00 so I'm not worried by the 1 second. _________________ "Vivisection is barbaric, useless, and a hindrance to scientific progress." --Dr. Werner Hartinger, Chief Surgeon, West Germany See the 11 ...

15th Feb, 10 miles. No chip so I have to go by gun time: 1:15:09 which gets me off the bottom of the table. 46 days in and I'm 2/3rds of my way to this years target of 3 PBs. _________________ "Vivisection is barbaric, useless, and a hindrance to scientific progress." --Dr. Werner Hartinger, Chief Surgeon, West Germany See the 11 minute film that shows better methods. http...

I see we don't have any 7 km's up there, so I can make it an almost continuous table: 25.05 from this past Sunday.

My (rubbish) 1500m PB is 4:55. I just managed to avoid being beaten by a 13 yo girl in the same heat:P Really would like to bring that down, but unfortunately it seems like track season is over already for me!

I recognise it's not an official distance but I ran 11k in 43min 34s, and thus I broke the 40min/10k barrier I ended 30th place feeling great!
