Seeing as I've finished the M3 I've taken on a new project.
Some have been asking so here it is.
Its not really a Vauxhall but its all in the branding isn't it??
Maybe its an Opel??
I might be stretching the family links a bit
But anyway here it is in all its starting glory.
For as long as Tom leaves it here.
This is old skool. - NO ELECTRICS OR FUEL ...
i just picked up an e28 with a set of brock wheels, they are only 16x7 and 16x8 but you might be interested, just for the hdt spanner and "brock" stigma attached to them. PM if your interested.
otherwise im sure this will be a great build....the ol' cars really are very cheap and if you put in the hard yards (rather than paying someone) you can actually turn out a profit....keep us up to date
holy shiite Osama!
Good Luck!
there is no substitute for real cubes!
Let me know when its in Street machine! lol
regardless of what you do to it, that exhaust must stay!
BTW, Opel is where its at mate, that'd piss people off, having it as a brock fake with opel badges and ODT stickers!
Looks like you have your work cut out for you with this one. Good luck!

It gets to stay woo hoo!!!!!!!
Its really not as bad as it looks. two new doors (bit rusty in the bottom) and a bootlid $120.00.

been busy on this last week. got it started. installed holley blue fuel pump and reg, transmission cooler. finished off some more engine bay stuff. sold original sle wheels so had to put my ltw5 track wheels for the e36 on the car to move it around - looks fat! off to finalise the air con on monday and then 'maybe' next week we will finish the wiring/hiding etc. got pics of the front brake set up. i will be removing the red caliper...
the seats look a treat and i did check those et's but forgot to post. the 7's are et 11 and the 8's are et 24 certainly aren't as big as what you re indicating, but would tie in with the whole hdt theme.
**** yeah! i acctually skipped past it when i first was going through it, then after i'd read everything else, i started to read it out of boredom, best ******* artical in the whole magazine! That rat of Rod Hadfields floats my boat too.
Had an M21 in one of my Torana's, and kept breaking diffs instead, so they are relatively strong.
