I saw this movie back when it first came out--back when I didn't care too much about what was going on. Come tonight, I'm browsing through the channels and on the MTV channel they're playing V for Vendetta. It's only 46 mins through right now but so far I'm seeing this movie through a totally different lens. Is it just me, or is the USA heading towards the fictional world of V for ...

I liked the movie before my stronger views were formed as of late. I'd like to watch it again and see what I think.

Great movie, if nothing else inspires standing up to tyranny this one should. I suggest watching V for Vendetta and then following it up with 1984 starring John Hurt and Richard Burton. Or you could watch in reverse order.

Ooooh. Animal Farm.. I should pick that up next time i'm at a bookstore... haven't read it since high school... As for 1984, that is great.
