I downloaded an addin that allowed me to access my Hotmail account in Outlook 2007. How do I get it to access Yahoo or Google mail in the same Outlook the same way Hotmail comes in?

Gmail supports the POP3 or IMAP protocol. If your goal is to keep messages on the server so you can read them via your favorite web browser, configure you Gmail account to allow IMAP access.
