Thread: Using the hotspot tool

Here's what I'd like to do. I have an image that is a map of the US and using the hotspot tool I'm going to link each state to a page with info specific to that state. But I'd like the state to change colors when rolled over. Is this possible without using js? The image of the states is one image. Thanks Lynne
