Thread: Update on Gabby

Started 1 month ago by SJR
I heard from Gabby and her son-in-law continues to go down and is in Hospice. She wanted me to tell everyone hello and she will be back soon. Continued prayers for Gabby's SIL and family. We miss you Gabby!

I had a Dr. tell me once that it can take 2-10 years from start to end. I would say mine has lasted about 7 years so far. It is MUCH better than it was...so I am guessing I am on the tail end of it. __________________

It was also a woman neighbor that called the police in 2006, because she felt something was wrong. __________________ ~~~Living by the Golden Rule~~~

Love the cat poems. DD explained to me what haiku is, but I can't remember. My favorite poem is the Raven. Edgar Allen Poe is my favorite poet and I like some of his stories. __________________ ~~~Living by the Golden Rule~~~

The only ones that really bother me are the ones directly across the street --anytime I go outside, the dad goes out and sits on his porch and watches every move I make. It creeps me out. The rest of them pretty much keep to themselves --except that all of their kids are playing in MY yard for some reason *lol*...my boys make friends easy...at...

I get rice at Sam's Club and put it in Tupperware containers and freeze it. I also made a rice sock. That thing has been used numerous times. Get 2 tube socks. Fill one with rice. Leave enough room so the sock can bend a little. This way it will curve around your neck or other body part. Sew the sock opening. Take the filled sock and place...

Jake that posts here thinks it could be Jake. I've not really paid attention to the commercials for the carnival. I know the cover of ABC Soaps in Depth mentions that an Emmy winner is leaving GH. I know that Martha Byrne is scheduled to leave some time this week or next week. I would love to see Claudia and her raging bull nostrils go bye ...

Bad Christmas presents
Published (2009-12-11 00:29:00)
One christmas i received a stuffed animal encased in a blown up balloon. First of all, I hate balloons. LOL Second, it was annoying not to be able to get to the animal without having to pop the balloon. I hate the sound of a popping balloon. So all in all, a horrible gift for me.

Bought this game for DS#2, who played it for about 5 mintues before deciding he didn't want it after all. Anyway, if you know of someone who might like to buy it, let me know. Brand new it costs about $50 to $60, depending on the vendor. I'm selling this one for $40 because technically it's "used" - for all of 5 minutes.

Suez would know. She's a dog groomer. PM her if she doesn't see this thread and respond. I think I've seen the Furminator at PetSmart.

The excuse given was that some of the other classmates had to do other things. Well, there's still enough of us to have a meeting without them. Oh well.

Tree is up and decorated, outside lights are up and on, the mantle is done and that is all I care about really. Oh, presents are all bought but a few...I need to finish that up this weekend along with my cards.
