Thread: Unreal Engine

I was just wondering why in all games, based off the unreal engine, do the guys look super ripped and the background is usually dark and also why those games are easier to play for better framerates? sorry if this isn't the right place to post this

i mean to say games like batman, unreal tournament, gears of war, etc seem to have that same kind of look and feel

Mass effect have normal soldiers not those of the sizes of Gears of war cogs. Mirror edge has vibrant colors in it. Borderlands has a different art style. But i think its mostly americans dev that thinks thats the way soldiers/heroes look likes.

weird, i have mass effect and borderlands and i didn't know those were based off this engine :P, i only knew for sure the ones i mentioned but looks like i was wrong
