Perhaps it's the JTAG interface or maybe the printer port settings? I don't believe either router is faulty as they all work. ms90210 Did you backed your previous CFE twice and the comparison of both backed up files was exactly the same? If that was not the case you may have an unreliable unbuffered JTAG cable and it flashed the CFE erroneously. If not, try the reflashing utility from Thomson SpeedTouch and reflash the whole firmware again. Remember there are 2 firmwares that you can try.

hey PSi i followed ur whole tutorial every thing went smooth after flashing now all lights turned red and when i connect ethernet cable i m unable to connect to modem no green lights and hub is restarting after every 10 min

I take it from the lack of words, that HUB version 1.5 can't be flashed? Tried to flash and got an authorisation failure. oh, well just have to wait and see, regards,

i also have a 1.5 and ive been through endless tutorials and firmwares and all i have had is messed up lights but it just wont take the 7G firmware. so im going to TRY and use the hubphone with the hub as a phone just by connecting the hub to my netgear <now my adsl router. If anyone knows how to do this it would be Grrrrreat Thanks B
