Just wait 'til the guv'ment starts running health insuance. They can't even get UI right after 50 years. On a similar note, I know someone who's on UI and is about to start his masters degree, though he's paying for it himself. I wonder if they'll find out somehow.

I think if you take all night classes (after 4 or 5pm) or take only Saturday classes, you are not obligated to tell unemployment that you are in school b/c the hours of these classes do not stop you from looking for full time work. But I think if you take a full course load with day time classes, you do have to report it and they determine if you are still eligible to collect benefits. It sounds like they think you aren't going thru workforce you should call and explain that it is thru workforce so you can collect.
