CHRIS - If the 03 is an ST1300 (which it would be), I would highly doubt it. But you can always check the Ron Ayers online fiche for part numbers to be absolutely sure. Also, you can check with FreeStyle - he probably has one he could fix you up with.

Most likely the 2003 is a 1300 but the Police version of the ST in 2003 was still the 1100. Not many of them around so odds are Uncle Phil is right and that would be from a 1300 so it will not work out for you. Or at least I would highly doubt the parts are the same between the 1300 and 1100. If you post a link to the auction we could look and see if it might be from a 2003 ST1100P as they ...

If this is the part you are looking at they are saying it is from a 2003 ST1100. It is possible as I mentioned. I would ask for confirmation from the seller. They appear to be Austrailia. ebay Link You have to contact them for a shipping estimate anyhow.

You didn't say if you had the ABS or non ABS. here is the part number for the entire assembly on a 1997 non abs 40250-MY3-003 SHAFT, PROPELLER There are several web sites that have online parts microfiches. The one I use is at: www.servicehonda.com Go to the parts section and you can look up anything and they give the cost. I looked for the part number for just...

If anyone knows of a used one for sale..Please let me know.. I was not quite prepared for $274. The guy working on it stated $300 dollars labor...so thats quite a bit for me right now. I was shooting for under 500 to get this fixxed. But if I can't I'll deal with it. Talk about a nasty poppin sound when the u joint was going out. Anytime u let off the gas. It started just in the low ...
