Thread: U/S & MFM Appointments Today... UPDATE w/ Pics

Yes, it is nearly 11 pm and I am JUST now getting home and sitting down... *yawn* OK, so this afternoon we drove 1.5 hours away to go to my appointments. I was very disappointed to get there and find that NO children were allowed in back, so Fred could not watch the u/s with me! The u/s tech was the same lady who did the anatomy scan w/ Hannah at 18 weeks and she is awesome! She knows I am a nurse (remembered me!) and talked about everything...

Wooo-hoooo!!! Those are some pretty pictures!!! I'm so glad to hear that your scan went well. I think you have a little basketball player in there with those long legs!!! I love that they were able to get so many angles for you. I'm so jealous that you got a freezer!!! I've always wanted one but dh doesn't think we need it since just him and I for now. I suppose he's right, maybe I need to have a six more after this...

I'm on that same BP meds and I was also with my son.

Great appt. Stinks that they don't allow kids. Congrats on the (possible) boy! You might be my first correct prediction, lol. I'm interested to hear about the new blood thinner. I honestly didn't think there were any other options besides Lovenox. (Not that I would want to switch, mine has actually been going very well). Is it still injected?

AWWW! I am so glad you had a good scan and visit (albeit a tiring one). Congrats on your (maybe) little boy! Hannah will have a little brother close in age. How cute! My NT scan in Fri at 8:30. I'm nervous but excited. I'm sure they won't guess on gender. Its being done at the MFM dr. who delivered our other two but no longer delivers so we know them and they wouldn't guess this early with either of the other two. But,...

He does have mighty long legs! Yay for healthy active boys and freezers, lol.
