From what I have heard, the reason why a woman is more likely to get a job nowadays as opposed to a male counterpart is that she is "traditionally" paid 24% less for the same job. I believe the situation is more economic than biased.

Who can possibly know what this bill does? Any bill that is 2,000 pages has to be filled with horrible provisions designed to extract wealth from the shrinking middle class. But, if we take news reports at their word then this will catastrophically raise health insurance premiums.
