Hello, you are fighting a losing battle. The reality is that based on precedent there is very little the federal government cannot justify as within its scope.
Has it ever occurred to you that a literal, 18th-century reading of the Constitution may not be best for this country?

Unfortunately, not being American means I am ignorant of most of the US Constitution. I know the "that all men were created equal" part and that the second amendment is the right to bear arms but that's about it. I am also assuming that George Washington had a lot to do with it.
Of course, I haven't even read the Australian Constitution. Boring!
