Thread: USA 3000 Lousy Baggage Policy

They are HQ'd in PA and if I were you I'd take a stab at suing them in small claims court. Just filing might get them to see thing "more clearly" Sadly Pitbull my fried you failed to read the contract of carriage. Why not start an organizing drive? that would teach them a lesson

DH had one of their pilots on the jumpseat last week--he said they're down to four planes and that Apple felt they could book on scheduled airlines cheaper than renting their own ops. HRDiva
