Good one, Sylvia. So true. There are so many words that make it hard for others to grasp our meanings in our language. Here in Michigan, it also means the Upper Penisula of Michigan, where all the Uppers live, in the UP. When I saw the title of this thread, I thought it was going to be about the animated film "Up", which we want to see.
