I have used design services extensively, but not in UK. They did bend over backwards to help me and included loads of things that i did not even think about very pleased. However not in UK (my only uk design experience has meant me being conned )

Hi all,
I have been discussing my online activities with wife (as you do!) and have decided the time has come to invest in one of my sites and get a full makeover by a web design service to take it to the next level.
Question is which are the best and most reliable web design services in the UK? Can anybody recommend a service they have used, or know of somebody who has used a service ...

doesn't exactly instill me with confidence!
