According to several reports from UK dealers, Toyota GB is going to increase the price of the Prius in the UK in October by £700 on the T3 and T4; and £900 on the T-Spirit. Plus VAT goes back up from 15% to 17.5% in the new year. So the real increases are:
T3 - currently £18,390 going up to £19,612 in 2010
T4 - currently £20,010 going up to £21,267 in 2010
T-Spirit - currently £21,230 ...
