Also just heard that UAL is also doing a complete makeover of the inflight china, glassware, and flatware.

Quoting Jolau1701 ( Reply 5 ): Are ramp, CS , and maintenance also getting new uniforms? Flight attendants, pilots, CS , MX and ramp are all getting new uniforms. Roadshows are starting next week to gather employee input and an online survey has been set up to gather more information and input. Sounds like UAL is doing it right this time unlike last uniform change...

The only current uniform at UA that is kind of nice is the dress they have that some of the female FAs wear. Otherwise, boring. They could take a hint from LH . Or perhaps DL ?

Quoting Bhmdiversion ( Reply 28 ): Are there any pictures of the new ramp uniforms???? From what it seems they've just entered the design phase and are seeking input from various employee groups about their respective uniforms. It will probably be several months before we see any prototypes.

Don't forget Daisy....shes not the one with a Mercedes and room for a pony...  Well whatever the uniforms will end up being I'm thinking the predominate color may just be blue...  Maybe UA will come out with the blue version of DLs red dress...

Go UA ! I know you're screwed one way or another. If you kept the current uniform you'd be knocked for being drap and dull. If you change it's sighted as a cosmetic change when UA faces so many uphill battles. True. But if it's dinnerware or uniforms, an upgrade is an upgrage and I see it as a sign of a positive future. Innovation comes slowly to UA , but when they decide to do it like in F & C and p.s. she can. Go...
