I have a Tyler grip adaptor #2. Anyone know what it fits?

Duh...
Thanks budroe. It appears it fits a J-frame made prior to 1955. I'm not able to verify that as I'm a little short of j-frames from that period.

Jim - from the t-grips.com website: Figure you've already seen this, but just in case....
For Smith & Wesson "J" frame revolvers made before 1955. Cheif, Terrier, etc. Also for EIG E9, INA, Tiger, Llama X111, some late model Charter Arms, with standard grips. - Number 2 grip.
