My buddy was up there and saw him a couple of times. He fought a number of fish before landing that one. Heard a story that he had been fighting one for quite a while and a boat pulled up near him. They offered him to come aboard be he refused at first. The captain explained that the fish was of large size based on the marks and he relented and finished the fish from the boat.
